3. Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Pack the items securely, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship the package back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return is safely delivered to us.  


4. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items for eligibility. If the return is approved, you may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for an exchange. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned items.
